Let me take a moment to introduce myself.  I’m Debbie Munholand and I was very fortunate and blessed to have shared most of my life with the late, Dr. Dennis H. Munholand. He was not only my spouse but also my mentor, best friend and business partner.  We shared an very successful dental practice in Port Charlotte, Florida.  Dennis was an amazingly talented clinician but also had a strong desire to help other doctors be better business managers.  In dental school however, “how to manage a dental practice” was not offered as part of the curriculum.  Through his own learning, he realized the need to be a better manager and leader.   In 2004 he decided to go back to school and obtain an MBA.

As part of his final assignment, Dennis developed an amazing Excel program to help us set goals and monitor our achievements in our dental practice. This prototype program evolved into the Revenue Goal Planner (RGP), which today is used in hundreds of practices in many different countries around the world.   As his hygienist of 25 years, I assisted him with clinical and administrative leadership, marketing, team building and goal setting.

After Dennis’s sudden and untimely passing, Dr.  Gary DeWood has was kind enough to help me update/manage  the annual program by keeping the RGP available.  I will forever be grateful beyond words for his help in that most difficult time of my life.

I am now back at the helm of the RGP Company.  I am excited and reenergized by the opportunity to continue to offer and improve our program.
